Results
Results are extremely dependant on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. Successful results and specific colour requests are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin and or cover up an old tattoo) and additional sessions, at a certain charge, may be required to obtain desired results. Although we use premium products and provide quality services, every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. We do not guarantee perfect proportions or symmetry as some bone structures and muscle movements do not call for it. The final shape is completely your decision, and the procedure will not start until you decide on the final shape. Please read though our entire FAQ section carefully to see if this procedure will be beneficial to you. All services provided are non-refundable.
Deposits
A RM200 deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Last call for service session is at 4pm.
*For out of town guest spots, deposits may increase or vary and will be non-refundable.
**IMPORTANT**
Please read the FAQ section to determine whether you are a good candidate for these procedures. If upon arrival we determine that you can not go through with the procedure because of a condition listed in the FAQ section, your deposit will be non-refundable.
Touch-ups
You will receive one free touch-up appointment (depending on which package you take) which must be booked no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 12 weeks after your first session. You will lose your free touch-up if you choose to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment and a minimum charge will apply for rescheduling. If you choose to book your touch-up after 12 weeks, there will be a minimum charge and additional touch-up appointments will be charged depending on the timeframe from your last appointment.

Privacy Policy for Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personal identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, postal address and email address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collected are used for providing and improving our Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
As for all the photos taken, it will be subjected to Minsays Beaute copyright and will only be used in our social media postings. Do let us know should you want your photo to be cropped as we will reserve to our clients’ right to not disclose their full face. Thank you.
